Join us for an intimate gathering where we share and journal with music, use meditations, stories and movement to feel grounded and present, while exploring a particular theme and intention setting.

A Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of the Circle. Please join the link at the time of the Circle. While there is no ‘exact’ finish time, it will run for around 2 hours, possibly more - depending on the number of participants.

Please have with you;

  • a quiet place you will be mostly undisturbed (where possible, but if kids come in and out, don’t stress - all is welcome as this is real life),

  • comfy clothes (we will be stretching and moving around),

  • somewhere comfy to sit and lie down - your bed, the floor with cushions or pillows, a yoga mat - whatever you feel is right,

  • a blanket,

  • a journal and pen,

  • a candle and matches.

Show up exactly as you are, with an open heart and and open mind.

You only share what you want to - some Circles, this may be everything that you’ve been holding onto, other Circles, it may be just a little. But don’t anticipate what you will or wont say! That’s not how this works.
